张杭英，女，国家一级演员。浙江海宁市越剧团当家花旦。曾多次在省戏剧节获奖；也获得过浙江省优秀小百花奖；她扮相秀丽，既有大家闺秀的风范，又有小家碧玉的娴静。2001年正式拜师金采凤，成为金派传人中的佼佼者，深受广大观众的喜爱。
