    剧情简介：元宵佳节，湖阳公主的总管唐丹纵马观灯，飞扬跋扈，连伤二命，激起民愤。洛阳县令董宣不畏强暴，不惧圣旨，为民做主，力斩唐丹。为此，董宣抬棺上殿，以死谏君。多亏老臣高密厚以智周旋，才使圣上龙颜大喜。董宣向湖阳公主陪罪，跪而不倒，好像一只卧虎。圣上刘秀顿喜，封铁脖子董宣卧虎令，以示当朝。
