蔡玉梅遇李五，李诱骗之，连同万红桥共同卖入妓院；张天宠跟踪至，李五惧而诱张至酒楼，灌醉之。何鳌追赵秀琴，抢回海瑞，扯赴县衙京剧艺术。沈一贯坐堂，邵明霞、赵文华、吴庄至互控，游击祖廷训奉令来县提海瑞，沈以越狱告，祖押众赴行辕回话京剧文化。
