评剧《红旗插在潘家沟》剧情介绍：

承德市委在潘家沟街道搞试点，动员广大妇女走岀家门参加集体劳动。丁大友之萋巧兰在妇女参加社会劳动热潮中，也宴求到街道油漆服务组工作，却遭到丈夫阻拦京剧。在街道党支部帮助下，巧兰安排好家务，工作出色，被选为生产能手，丈夫亦提高认识，夫妻展开生产竞赛京剧文化。市委表彰了潘家沟街道，一面鲜艳红旗插在潘家沟京剧文化。
