京剧教学:京剧旦角的台步 连步和圆场

     台上一静一动都有着她的规范,京剧里面叫做:程式。每一步行走,每一次挪移都要经过一个从量变到质变的过程,而这个过程的第一步,就要规范。   

      所谓就是要把力量集中在脚部,呼吸自然会下沉,若把力量集中在胸部,气息会带动重中上移,从而成为蹈范。   

      这三种角步都有一个共同点:膝盖要松弛。 台步、连步:眼睛平视,腰要立,力发于脚趾,脚腕跟随推动前进。 圆:眼睛平视,腰要立,抬动脚后跟,膝盖轻提。

      在开始练习中双手叉腰即可,以便帮助腰部的平稳,练到一定程度双手可根据人物、情节来变换。
